Field Trip Rates

Field Trip rates are available for groups with 15+ tickets. Free Chaperones do not count towards the 15-ticket minimum.

  • Elementary & Middle School: $16.95
  • High School & College: $19.95
  • Title I Schools: $12.00
  • Chaperones: 1 free per-10 students, additional chaperones can be added for $20.95 each.

✅Ask your school if we are an approved vendor (if applicable)

 

✅Confirm payment details with your Accounts Payable/Administrators. Payments (25% due at booking, balance 7 days prior to visit) will need to be made via debit or credit card.

 

✅Complete your tax-exempt form (Here’s one with our info prefilled!) and send to [email protected]

 

✅Title I Schools: Locate your 9-digit TEA Campus number. You will need to enter it when reserving your tickets to be approved for Title I ticket pricing

Field Trip FAQs

  • We are conveniently located near the Food Court of the Galleria Mall! Eating inside the museum is not available.

  • Most field trips last about 1hr, but you will have 1hr 20min from your scheduled start time in case you need longer to explore.

  • Reserve your spots with your best estimates to ensure your preferred time and date are available. You will have until 7 days before your visit to update your ticket count. All amounts paid in the deposit will go towards your final balance.

  • Send your New Vendor Packet to [email protected] and a member of our team will get that returned to you within 72hrs.

  • We do not currently accept purchase orders. Both the deposit and final payment must be made via debit or credit card prior to the visit date.

  • We require 1 chaperone per-10 students and offer complimentary entry for those chaperones.
